What is your Delivery & Pick up policies?
- Delivery is an extra charge and based on how far you‘re located from me.
- Please be on time for your pick up time. You’ll receive a 30 minute window to pick up your order. After that we will have to reschedule another pick up time if I’m not available to wait for you. If you’re running late please let me know asap.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellation must be made one week before order pickup/delivery date to recieve refund. Not including non retundable deposit.
Orders cancelled 5 days before pick up/delivery date will receive a partial refund.
Orders cancelled day before or day of will receive no refund.
WHAT IS YOUR ORDERING AND PAYMENT POLICES?
ORDERING
Orders must be placed 5 days in advance. Rush orders are accepted if I have the availability but will have an added on rush fee.
PAYMENT
When placing your order a non refundable deposit is required to hold your date. Full payment is needed one week from your pick up/delivery date.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
After orders are picked up/delivered S&L Treats relinquishes all responsibility of the order. Unless there is an integrity issue with the structure of the cake due to our negligence.
*Cake flavor and texture is subjective and not a reason for a refund. *
If unsatistied with the quality of the cake partial refunds are made if the cake is returned within 24hrs of pickup/delivery.
After delivery is made there will be no refund for delivery fee.
We are not reaponsible for any damages that occur to cake from customer during transportation or set up. We can fix it at addtional cost
